 SOCIAL WORK & SERVICE COORDINATION
Social Work Services are offered to children or adults with disabilities. This counseling enables individuals to achieve independence and community involvement in all areas of their lives. Social Work Services are also available to parents of children with disabilities to assist in their emotional needs.
Service Coordination is the referring and linking of families and/or those individuals with community services. Service coordinators accumulate knowledge of these resources to share with individuals and families at their time of need. |
