Assist the Program Coordinator with the day-to-day operations of a 6-bed IRA in the residential program in Rhinebeck for adults with developmental disabilities.  The Program Manager will provide and ensure continuous active treatment in a residential setting, as well as schedule staff & coordinate day-to-day operations.  Will review consistency and accuracy of data collection and record keeping; coordinate and supervise direct care staff's performance; and monitor training/medical requirements to ensure that all certifications are up-to-date.  Must be a positive role model for staff and consumers, promote teamwork and provide training and coaching for staff and consumers.  Full-time position will include one weekend day and evening hours.  Prior residential experience required.  BA and supervisory experience preferred but other combinations of education and experience may be acceptable.  Valid driver's license required.  Send open applications/resumes to :  Donna Horvat, Human Resources Department, REHAB Programs, Inc., 70 Overocker Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603.  FAX:  (845) 485-1270.
